In previous years, the battery pack used to be able to charge an iPhone fully with some extra charge left. This year each battery pack only charged my iPhone less than 80%!

I'd booked a locker with ChargeCandy which was a good service at a good price and they were located right near the main campsite, so I'd definitely recommend the service to anyone staying at the campsite.

However, the location was a significant distance (about 20 minutes walk) from the boutique sanctuary, which is where I was staying. This made the lockers just too inconvenient so I ended up not using them - I wasn't aware that there would be such a distance so it ended up being a bit of a waste, sadly.

My friends did use the charging facilities, which did seem very reasonable. As boutique tents are equipped with electricity, it wasn't a service that I needed.

Overall, I'd say ChargeCandy was very much geared towards main campsite dwellers but it didn't really have boutique customers in mind so I' would recommend them, but it would very much depend on where in Lost Village a person was staying.

Handy and Convenient but chargers are very hit and miss, either does you for the day of for 30-40%. Friendly staff and easy to swap in and out.

Didn’t even find it. I paid for a locker and presumably it was in the main campsite as my wrist band would not allow me to that point. Should have advertised that before you take money.

Charger wasn’t charged completely most days.

The charge candy station never had a sign of when they open and close. And not once did they tell us we have to turn it in before the last day since they weren’t going to be open in the morning. Now I have a charger that I don’t want at all. The rest of the festival was amazing.

The chargers are ok as a back up if you have another portable charger but on the Sunday of the Festival I managed to get 52% worth of charge before it died. If I was on my phone whilst it was charging I’d understand but I wasn’t.
