Give your mind and body the reset they've been craving. Join us for a MIM class at The Beehive in Sedgley - a warm, welcoming space designed to help you unwind at the end of the week. This music‑led, rhythm‑based method uses simple guided movement to release stress, regulate your nervous system, and leave you feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded.
Classes run on Sunday evenings from 7:30-8:30pm, giving you a calm, restorative hour before Monday arrives. Upcoming dates:
