Is the event family-friendly?
Absolutely! Himley Live events welcome all ages. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult and have a valid ticket.

Do young children need a ticket?
Yes, all attendees require a ticket. Children under 4 can attend for free.

Can I leave and re-enter the event?
Yes, re-entry is allowed with a valid wristband and security checks.

Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.

What if the event is cancelled?
All ticket holders will receive an email with details about refunds or alternative arrangements.

🍔 FOOD & DRINK POLICY

Can I bring my own food?

No, outside food is not allowed. A variety of street food vendors will be on-site.

Can I bring drinks?
One sealed bottle of water per person is permitted. No other drinks may be brought in.

Dietary requirements:
Vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options will be available from selected vendors.

- Limited seating on a first-come, first-served basis

- Folding chairs are welcome
- Picnic blankets allowed (please keep walkways clear)
- Accessible toilets with baby-changing facilities
- Pushchairs and buggies permitted
- The event is on grass, which may be uneven

🛡️ SAFETY & SECURITY

All bags will be checked at entry. Professional security and trained first aid staff will be present during the event.

Prohibited items include:
- Glass containers
- Alcohol
- Illegal substances
- Weapons or sharp objects
- Drones
- Fireworks
- Gazebos
- Large umbrellas
- Outside food

Confiscated items will not be returned.

🐕 ANIMALS

Dogs are not allowed at this event, except for registered assistance dogs.

The event will proceed in most weather conditions. Please dress appropriately for an outdoor setting. Camping is not available.

🚗 PARKING & TRAVEL

Chargeable, pre-booked parking is available on-site. Please follow instructions from stewards and signage upon arrival.

Payments:
- Bars will accept card payments only
- Most vendors accept both card and cash, but card is preferred
- Bringing a small amount of cash is advisable as a backup

Personal cameras and mobile phones are welcome. Professional photography or filming requires prior approval.
