Funhouse Comedy Club - Comedy Night

Funhouse Comedy Club brings another fun-filled night of laughter to Melbourne Sporting Partnership, on Friday September 25th.

Topping the bill is writer, actor and comedian Barry Castagnola who has written for the likes of BBC's 'Ask Rhod Gilbert,' as well as creating characters for Dom Joly's ITV show, 'Fool Britannia.' His self-derision and anecdotes about his life cut to the chase, striking a chord with his audiences and his amiable persona never fails to appeal. 

Opening the night will be British Comedian of the Year Finalist, Greek comedian George Zach who has supported Luisa Omielan on tour. After gaining a degree in England he decided not to return to his home on a Greek Island. Instead, he chose to follow his passion for comedy, live in Newcastle and now entertains everyone with his funny Geordie observations.

Completing the line-up is the high octane musical comedian Ashley Frieze, with his entertaining quick-fire lyrics.

Compere for the night will be James Cook with his sharp tongue and dry sense of humour he previously worked as a presenter on commercial radio stations, went on air with A-ha and presented Lenny Henry with his 'Walk of Fame'.
