Event Terms & Conditions

1. Event Details

This ticket grants admission to the Darts event taking place at The Princes Theatre on the date and time stated on the ticket. The event is organised by Tendring District Darts Events.

2. Tickets & Admission

• All tickets are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Tickets must be presented on entry (printed or digital).
• The Event Promoter reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate, without refund.
• Re-entry may not be permitted once you leave the venue.

3. Age Restrictions

• All guests under the age of 16 must attend with a parent/guardian responsible Adult.
• Valid photographic ID may be required as proof of age.
• Anyone under the required age who cannot provide valid ID may be refused entry without refund.

4. Line-Up & Special Guests

• The event may feature special guests, players, hosts, or performers.
• All advertised guests are subject to change or cancellation due to circumstances beyond the Event Promoter's control, including but not limited to illness, travel disruption, or professional commitments.
• Changes to the line-up do not entitle the ticket holder to a refund, provided the event itself goes ahead.

5. Event Changes or Cancellation

• The Event Promoter reserves the right to alter event timings, format, or content where reasonably necessary.
• In the event of full cancellation of the event, ticket holders will be entitled to a refund of the ticket face value only (excluding booking or transaction fees).
• No refunds will be given for postponed events; tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date unless otherwise stated.

6. Seating & Viewing

• Seating is allocated or unallocated as specified on the ticket or event listing.
• The Event Promoter and venue accept no responsibility for restricted views caused by audience movement, staging, or venue layout.

7. Behaviour & Safety

• Anti-social behaviour, intoxication, or failure to comply with venue or staff instructions may result in removal without refund.
• The throwing of objects, including darts, is strictly prohibited except by authorised participants.

8. Photography & Recording

• By attending the event, you consent to photography, audio, and video recording which may be used for promotional or marketing purposes.
• Unauthorised professional recording equipment is not permitted.

9. Personal Property

• Attendees bring personal belongings at their own risk.
• Neither the Event Promoter nor the venue accepts responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

10. Liability

• The Event Promoter's liability is limited to the face value of the ticket.
• Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Acceptance of Terms

• Purchase of a ticket constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
• These terms are governed by English law.
