Hand in Hand Theatre Productions are pleased to present this unique opportunity to listen to Calli, and her band for this acclaimed concert at The Theatre Clwyd Calli ...Every Song Tells a Story..... Greek born Calli has been captivating audiences with her unique, emotional voice for a number of years throughout the North West. She has the ability to tell the story through the lyrics of each song and aims to do just this with the wonderful songs of the great Leonard Cohen and Bob Dylan. Calli has been strongly influenced by the poetic and storytelling ability of these artists and welcomes the opportunity of reinterpreting some of their most well-known songs. A dynamic performer with a wealth of experience in the world of theatre and music, she has been a lead vocalist for several bands of varying styles from folk and cabaret, to rock. She has also performed many songs for the award winning Hand in Hand Theatre, which led to an opportunity to sing on the Royal Shakespeare stage in Stratford on Avon.
