Cocktails & Conversation: Bristol Social Night & Games

We are welcoming you at Mackenzie's on 2nd October Free to attend. Mackenzie's is holding a section of the venue just for our group. We can also make use of the venue’s2-for-1 Cocktailsand Happy Hourdeals!

If you've had enough of the same work-home routine, or you're new to the city and still finding your feet, this is a low-pressure way to meet a few people.

New or coming alone?
Most people come on their own the first time. If you feel nervous about walking into a room by yourself, you canarrive from 7:00 PM. Our organisers will be at the door for a dedicatedhalf-hour welcome window.
We will meet you at the entrance, walk you straight over to the tables, and get you set up with an easy game alongside other early arrivals. This gives you something to do before the room gets busy. It is entirely fine to turn up for a quick drink and leave if you are not feeling it.

What to expect
The night has two sections. On the left, a mingle area to grab a drink and chat. On the right, tables set up with ice-breaker games. Our organisers will be there to show you how each one works.

The five table games
You'll learn any game in 30 seconds. The tables give you something to focus on, so you're not scrambling for small talk. You can move between them or find one you like and stay. Grab a drink, pick a table, and you're all set.
