Calling all aspiring event makers! Grab your place at MINXED: NEXT GEN and get inspired by insights from our community of successful DJs, promoters, producers and music industry professionals.

Drawing on the success of the @brightonmusicconference, we want to take that baton and run with it. We also want to shine a light on the wide variety of roles there are out there if events are where you want to bloom. There is so much more to it than the music alone, and many skills and life experiences you can draw from that can have their chance to shine.

With a strong eye on inclusivity and nurturing creative talent, we want to make our wealth of knowledge and experience available to people looking to carve out their own niche in this field. Held in a safe space, you’ll have the opportunity to get familiar with different tech, attend workshops, and learn new skills.

Priority will be given to young women and LGBTQ+ people when booking slots on the workshops and on the open decks; however, all are welcome.
