

June Afternoon Meditation Course
This 4 week course will explore tried and tested methods for cultivating contentment and peace within our own mind.
Each class includes practical advice from Buddhist wisdom and guided meditations.

We are so used to being stimulated from the outside, that we find it difficult to go in and enjoy the stillness of our own mind.

By developing the natural peace and good qualities of your own mind, you can learn to access a deep happiness and contentment from within, without having to rely upon external objects.
On this course we will explore how to let go of craving and restless minds by learning to train in meditation.
