Preview: KISSTORY @ Bristol O2 Academy, 30/03/13

Organised by one of London’s most loved radio stations, KISS FM, the outrageous 1990s club night is all set to take Bristol by storm on March 30th.

KISSTORY has a reputation for bringing in some of the biggest names in dance music’s past - including the likes of N-Trance, Damage, Strike and Baby D to name a few - and tonight’s will be no exception.

Topping the line-up at Bristol’s mighty 02 Academy will be guest DJ Ed Case, one of the garage scene's original trailblazers. Ed Case will be coming armed with a plethora of Garage and House classics, all firmly aimed at the hips and feet. Along with Shelley Nelson, he will exclusively perform their garage monster ‘Something in your Eyes’, which is surely one of the most infectious tracks to have ever hit the scene. Those unmistakable opening decayed guitar licks and rousing string arrangements are guaranteed to move you emotionally as well as physically!

Throw into the mix one of KISS FM’s most talented DJ’s; Justin Wilkes and DJ EZ; KISSTORY aims to bring to Bristol a night crammed with huge bangers, booty shaking classics, and old skool anthems for your clubbing pleasure.

With everything being played from 1990 right through to 2004, expect to hear tune after tune of absolute dynamite from the golden age of UK dance music.

What a perfect way to celebrate the musical heyday of the UK’s dance music scene.
