The Big Brine takes place Saturday 12th - Sunday 13th September 2026.

The Big Brine is held at Hackney Bridge - a canal side East London spot with indoor + outdoor spaces.

Pick your slot at The Big Brine and plan your brine accordingly:

Saturday (Day): 11:30am – 4:30pm

Saturday (Evening): 5:30pm – 10:30pm (18+ only)

Sunday: 12:00pm – 5:00pm

👉 You can arrive any time during your session, but last orders are 30 minutes before it ends - so don’t cut it too fine.

On Saturday evening The Big Brine is strictly 18+ only. On Saturday daytime and Sunday all ages are welcome (under 18s must be with an adult).

A few ground rules to keep things safe and running smoothly at The Big Brine:

No outside food or alcohol (unless for medical needs)

No glass containers

No large or restricted items

No bikes, scooters, or anything bulky

Security may check bags on entry, so pack light and keep it simple.

Definitely. With a wide mix of traders, there’ll be something for most diets at The Big Brine.

If you have allergies, always check directly with traders on the day - best way to be sure.

Generally, no re-entry once you’re in, so come ready to stay for your full session at The Big Brine.

Yes - free drinking water will be available across the site at The Big Brine.

To enter The Big Brine you will need to bring with you the following:

Your ticket (on your phone is perfect)

A valid photo ID

All tickets are session-based, so double check yours before you set off.

Yes of course and under 5's go for free to The Big Brine. 

Please note that the Saturday Evening session is strictly over 18s.

Hackney Wick (2-minute walk)

Stratford (around 10 minutes)

Stratford (Central & Jubilee lines)

Stratford International (10–12 minutes)

Hackney Bridge is largely accessible, but not 100% across every space. There are accessible toilets and an accessible entrance. The majority of the Big Brine festival space is mostly flat and easy to navigate but the mezzanine level is not wheelchair accessible.
