Soul Town Festival is held at Croydon Road Recreation Ground in Beckenham, Kent.

On both days, Soul Town Festival gates open at 12pm and the last entry into the festival is 6pm. The festival finishes at 10pm 

Soul Town Festival is ages 18+

Anybody under 21 must be accompanied

Food and beverages will be available to purchase from approved vendors on the Soul Town Festival site only. There will be a variety of food vendors serving a range of quality food including GLUTEN FREE, VEGAN and VEGETARIAN options. There will be drinking water available on site free of charge. No food and drink will be allowed upon entry into the festival site due to stipulation in their licence. A search policy operates at the Festival and any food and drinks including alcohol will be confiscated.

No chairs or blankets will be allowed to be brought on site at Soul Town Festival and any found on entry will have to be left at the gates.

Soultown Festival is a high end and unique festival showcasing some of the best soul artists from the U.S and U.K. Join in for good vibes, lively music, entertainment, food and culture.

The Soul Town Festival site is based near many main line stations, Eden Park, Elmers End, Clckhouse and Beckenham Junction. Each train journey from London is about 20 mins.

We also recommend that you book taxis in advance. Drop off and pick up is outside the site - please advise the driver NOT to park and wait on the local roads. The area is also well served by Uber.

The Soul Town Festival gates will open at 12pm. The artists are not to be missed, please arrive promptly so not to miss out! There will be security and a search policy will be operated on entry to the festival arena so please allow plenty of time.

No Re-entry & Security: Our policy states that there will be no re-entry to the festival unless there is an emergency or special circumstances. We are advising our guests to bring everything into the festival that they need for the day including any required clothing. 

Yes, there is lots of off street parking at Soul Town Festival.

There are wheelchair access lanes and viewing platforms available at Soul Town Festival. Viewing Platform spaces are currently sold out.

Customers can apply for personal assistants (P/A) to accompany access customers.

VIP P/A Tickets are available at a 50% discounted rate

Once this evidence has been provided and approved, a Personal Assistant ticket can be issued.

Unfortunately we can’t issue you with a refund if you can’t make the event due to work commitments or your mates have dropped out. In these circumstances, we advise passing on your tickets to a friend or family member and Skiddle can facilitate changing ticket details over.

Because Skiddle is the official ticket agent, they offer a resale platform and can verify that tickets being returned and resold are genuine. Therefore there is no risk of buying a fraudulent ticket.

Refunds can only be offered if the event is cancelled or postponed, as agreed upon purchase.

Tickets are issued as eTickets. You will receive a confirmation email from Skiddle with the eTickets available to download & print, or to show on a smartphone device to be scanned on entry via RapidScan.
