Yes, you must be 18 to attend Soul Disco Society.  

No, unfortunately NO FOOD OR DRINK CAN BE TAKEN INTO SOUL DISCO SOCIETY ARENA, with the exception of sealed bottles of water. You're welcome to bring an empty container to fill at the free water points onsite.

Yes, but please note that a Challenge 25 policy will be in place regarding the sale of alcohol at Soul Disco Society, so bring ID if you're lucky enough to look under 25.

Yes, both vegetarian and gluten free food will be available at Soul Disco Society.

Please DON'T bring the following to Soul Disco Society:

• Gas bottles, canisters or similar
• Gazebos cannot be bought into the main event field.
• Animals
• Goods for unauthorized trading
• Items which may reasonably be considered for use as a weapon
• Chinese/sky lanterns
• Drones
• Professional Video Cameras or Recording Equipment
• Generators
• Glass
• Illegal substances, legal highs or herbal highs
• Portable laser equipment and pens

By purchasing a ticket to Soul Disco Society or attending sessions at the festival you acknowledge that photographs and moving images may be taken by or on behalf of us as well as by other members of the public and that your image may be included either deliberately or accidentally in such photographs and moving images.

There is no overnight camping at Soul Disco Society.

Tickets to Soul Disco Society are non-refundable.

Soul Disco Society provide complimentary standard tickets for Personal Assistants/Carers. If you wish to book a VIP ticket and require a PA/Carer ticket, you will only need to cover the cost of the VIP upgrade — the standard ticket portion remains complimentary.

Please do not book a ticket for your PA/Carer yourself, as these are manually issued by us once proof of eligibility has been received and approved. We do not offer refunds for PA/Carer tickets purchased in error.

Once eligibility is confirmed, Soul Disco Society will issue the standard PA/Carer ticket and provide details on how to pay for the VIP upgrade if required.
