Are there any age restrictions at One Out Festival?
Yes, you must be 18+ to attend One Out Festival.
Please bring a valid form of photo ID. Accepted forms of ID are passports, driving licenses or proof of age cards bearing the 'PASS' logo.
When does One Out Festival start /end?
One Out Festival runs 1pm - 11pm.
General Admission ticket holders must enter by 5pm.
Re-entry is not permitted to the event. Once you leave the event, you cannot re-enter.
Ticket Information & Entry
ID & Scanning:
All tickets will be checked and scanned on entry, please bring a valid form of photo ID. Accepted forms of ID are passports, driving licenses or proof of age cards bearing the ‘PASS’ logo.
Do I need to print my ticket?
It will speed up entry but it is not compulsory. Having it on your phone is OK too. Do not worry if the name on your ticket does not match the person using it on the day.
Admission policy:
There is a strict ZERO tolerance drugs policy (including Nitrous Oxide), full searches will be carried out before entry is granted, no refunds can be issued and we reserve the right to refuse admission.
Searching is a condition of entry:
We reserve the right to confiscate any item which may not be suitable for the event as well as a danger to others or the venue. Anyone found in possession of illegal substances or contraband goods will be refused admission, ejected from the venue and may also be liable for prosecution. One Out Festival reserves the right to refuse admission to the ticket holder if they display inappropriate or aggressive behaviour, or are intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
You must not:
take alcohol into the venue
bring glass inside the festival site
bring any corrosive substances
bring your own food or drinks into the festival
Are pre-payment plan tickets available?
No, there aren't any payment plans available for this event.
What happens If I bought a ticket and cannot attend?
Unfortunately we can’t issue you with a refund if you can’t make the event due to work commitments or your mates have dropped out. In these circumstances, we advise passing on your tickets privately to avoid losing out on the money spent.
Refunds can only be offered if the event is canceled or postponed, as agreed upon purchase.
Carer Tickets?
For carer tickets, please email info@oneout.co.uk and show a valid PIP document to claim a ticket.
Accessibility at One Out Festival
If you are a person with a disability, please email info@oneout.co.uk with details so they can make sure we look after you on the day. They offer one PA ticket for each paying customer who is registered disabled.
If you have any particular access, facility or dietary enquires, please email in advance.
One Out Festival offer accessible toilet facilities around the site.
Guide dogs and hearing dogs are permitted, but please let them know in advance.
Bars offer accessible points whilst ordering.
How do I get to One Out Festival?

Shuttle Bus
One Out Festival offers a shuttle bus service between Apps Court Farm (the venue) and Hampton Court station.
The service runs from 1pm - 11:30pm.
Tickets for the shuttle bus are £5 and can be purchased at wwww.oneout.co.uk. If you do not purchase the ticket in advance there will be a £10 charge on the day.
Arriving by Train
There are many direct trains available from London Waterloo to Hampton Court Station and Walton-on-Thames station.
Trains take between 30-40 minutes.
Arriving by Car
If parking at the venue please make sure you have purchased a ticket in advance. When arriving at the venue follow the signs to the car park.
If dropping off by car, please enter the venue and turn immediately to the left into the drop-off area.
