About Hammerfest

Birmingham's dedicated metal festival returns for a 15th year!

 

Originally planned as a one-off event, overwhelming demand from fans has led Hammerfest to grow from strength to strength, and it is now a firm fixture on the metalhead's calendar.

 

Previous face-melting headliners include Napalm Death, Paradise Lost and Skindred to get the pit sweating. Unmissable!

Yes you must be 18 or over to attend Hammerfest. You will need to bring photo ID.

 

Alcohol will be served the whole time the arenas are open. If you do drink, don’t drive – everything on site is within walking distance.

 

There are free Wi-Fi hotspots on site, in the arena areas.
