Reviews of CozFest
See the summer out in style and support local bands.
CozFest was set up to commemorate the life of Corran ‘Coz’ Powell who was killed by a drugged and drunk driver aged 21 years. The event aims to continue his work by giving young musicians the opportunity to experience an open air festival and to work alongside professional musicians. The organisers also run survival courses for disadvantaged people as a way to engender confidence in themselves.
CozFest 19 will be the second CozFest open to the public and there is lots going on. From a friendly Beer Tent run by Gosfield Social Club to bungee trampolines, safe play for toddlers, competitions and stalls.
Various food stalls are on offer to cater to many tastes and delicious desserts. Plenty of picnic area space and a marquee for the bands.
