Skiddle: The UK's biggest guide to festivals

There's so many amazing festivals out there but it can be difficult to work out which festivals you're going to attend. There's so many things to take into consideration - the location of the festival, the size of the festival, the genre of music, whether it's family friendly and the type of facilities onsite.

Skiddle's new Festivals Finder is here to make the process that bit easier. Simply use the Festivals Finder's unique festival search, which include options allowing you to search for festivals based on filters such as location; month; genres; type; size; accommodation; amenities and even the artists you've liked on Facebook!

‘Goldeneye’ is a tantalising taster of this new band’s potential. Old School Psychedelia, Rockabilly, Film Noir and Spaghetti Western soundtracks are cut and diced, rearranged and reformed into a seductive pop drama - the magic of ‘Goldeneye’ is how it unites all these seemingly incompatible
elements with its own individual charm.

Born during the summer of 2016, Creatures are brought to you by William Yates, lead vocalist, who signals the return of the out-and-out performer, channelling 1950s crooner style elegant vocals, against heavy and hypnotic desert riffs from William Sherkle, lead guitarist. Ash Moss heads up their pulsing rhythm section on bass guitar and the inimitable Bobby Voltaire provides drums – all accompanied by multi layered, subtle intricacies from Josh Ambler on percussion, organ and rhythm guitar.

Creatures’ first live outing saw them handpicked to perform at Rough Trade’s sold-out 40th anniversary celebration in Paris last winter. Performing alongside Temples, the Kettering
four-piece were subsequently quick to snap Creatures up as main support for their recent UK and
European tour.

Early 2018 will see Creatures release a second single and return to the studio to record their debut
album.

“...picture a band dreamt up by Wes Anderson. A band of 70s looking cowboys straight out of Westworld armed with psychedelic guitar riffs and all the hair. A band playing songs that could easily sit as a Quentin Tarantino soundtrack.”
