What happens if I bought a ticket and cannot attend?
Unfortunately we can’t issue you with a refund if you can’t make the event due to work commitments or your mates have dropped out. In these circumstances, we advise passing on your tickets privately to avoid losing out on the money spent. Refunds can only be offered if the event is cancelled or postponed, as agreed upon purchase.
Does K-Fest have onsite camping?
No, K-Fest is a non camping festival so camping equipment is not needed. It is however close to a large choice of accommodation within 1 mile from the festival site.

Does K-Fest have any age restrictions?
Dance Day – You must be 18+ to enter. Strictly no under 18’s will be allowed in.
Indie Day – You must be 12+ to enter. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult that has to be 21 or above.
Family Day – All ages welcome. Under 18’s must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
We will be operating a strict policy across all three days on the serving of alcohol. There will be a challenge 25 policy in place, so if you don’t look 25 you will require ID. Please be sure to have Valid photo ID with you at all times.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to submit to a thorough search including emptying your pockets and bags, having all of your items examined, a full pat-down, and possibly removing your shoes. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone.
How do I get to K-Fest?
Rhyl Events Arena in Rhyl, offers an easy commute from all over the North West.
Over the summer months the beach plays hosts to thousands of visitors soaking up the sun and the mellow vibes.
The festival is only an hour from Manchester and 30 minutes from the breath taking views of Snowdonia National park making it a day trip for any beach or Mountain thrill seeker. Not many festivals around the UK can boast that.
How do I get to K-Fest by train?
Trains run regularly from Leeds, Manchester and Liverpool via Chester. The venue is then a 5 minute walk from the train station to the venue. Signage and steward assistance will be available from the station.
How do I get to K-Fest by coach?
There is a large Bus & Coach stop right outside the main events arena. Please check out www.arrivabus.co.uk for more information.
How do I get to K-Fest by car?
It’s nice and simple getting from the M6 & M56 motorways, follow signs for North wales, jump on the A55 and turn off at St Asaph. K-fest will be signposted from there.
How do I get to K-Fest by bicycle?
As we know you are fabulous zero landfill rubbish producing, environmentally aware, green energy thinking, clean sea and healthy land loving people so the bike is a great option. Why not cycle along the coast if your heading from Llandudno or close by? There are plenty of safe places around the area where you can lock up your bike for the day.
