About

Luke Stanton

Moving Brands Forward with Motion

In an industry that’s constantly shifting, Luke focuses on where things are heading, not just where they are now. As motion becomes an expected part of how brands show up, the lines between brand and motion are starting to blur. His work explores how businesses can stay current by treating motion as a core part of their brand system, creating clarity, consistency and momentum across everything they do.

With a background in photography and a long-standing love of music, Luke brings both an eye for detail and an instinct for rhythm into his work. While he heads up motion at Studio Magenta, he still keeps his hands dirty working with the team on projects, staying connected to the craft.

In this talk, Luke will share perspectives on how motion is shaping modern brands, why static-first thinking is starting to fall behind, and what it takes to build brands that are designed to move.

Luke Stanton is the Creative Director at Studio Magenta, a strategic motion studio helping brands build motion into their identity from the ground up, not bolt it on as an afterthought.

From Pixels to Peace: Designing for Calm
(Even When Your Client Isn’t)

In a high-pressure, competitive, and demanding work landscape, "panic" often feels like a built-in feature of our daily lives. But what is the value of the best design or the most perfect plan when the designer themselves is not in a healthy headspace? This talk explores practical ways to disconnect from "hustle culture" and provides strategies to de-escalate noise and emotional feedback. Attendees will walk away with a toolkit for protecting their energy even when everyone else is hitting the panic button.

Nisha is a certified and accredited ICF coach who brings a multi-dimensional perspective to personal development, leadership and navigating corporate culture. She blends her 18 years of international experience across premier law firms and complex sectors (education, telecommunications, financial crime prevention) with the science of happiness in her coaching practice.

This unique background, combined with her cultural heritage and passion for life, forms the foundation for her work, supporting people through change management, while cultivating partnerships and strengthening human connection to drive success. She’s experienced working directly with Boards and Executive Teams in Asia and Europe and is passionate about community, connection and collaboration to drive impact. Her mission as a Joy Coach is to support clients to choose joy, especially on the harder days, without the guilt and burnout.
