Biography

Hi, Im Rob, a Family man, Vinyl Lover & Armchair Raver from Stoke On Trent, Staffordshire..

I got into Dance music in 1991 / 1992 after hearing 'Rave' and Piano House tracks that broke into the charts like SL2's Djs Take Control, Congress 40 Miles and Moby's Go. I loved the concept of the 'Warehouse Rave' and fancied a go at Djing myself. I started to collect vinyl, got my own pair of turntables and that's where the obsession started..

Since then Ive been an avid Vinyl fan and on and off have enjoyed going clubbing, festivals and Djing out..

Over the years, Ive really enjoyed playing out and about in the scene, and enjoyed putting on my own events too, being lucky enough to get booked to play alongside some legendary Dj's and acts including Dave Pearce, Fabio, Grooverider, Dj SS, Kenny Ken, Nicky Blackmarket, Dj SY, Dj Rap, Ellis Dee, Ultrabeat, Top Buzz, Jumping Jack Frost, AJ Gibson, Slipmatt, Easygroove, Awesome 3, Brockie, Billy "Daniel" Bunter, Tango, John Askew, Seduction, Al Storm, Rat Pack, Stu Allan, Paul Kershaw, Dj Unknown, Shock C, Breeze, Daz Willott, Ellis Dee, Dougal, Nick Rafferty, Brisk, Pilgrim, Fallout, Faydz, JFK, Vibes, Jay Prescott, Devastate, Fergus, Glenn Aston and Cruze to name drop a few..

The Rave and Dance music scene has changed alot since its start in 1988 but there is an amazing revival scene at the moment..

Wether I use Vinyl or CDJ, I always enjoy to play, hopefully keeping the crowd interested & giving them a set to remember.
