EH1 Music Festival

Scotland's biggest dance music festival EH1 returns on Saturday 6th September with a jam packed line up guaranteed to get the Royal Highland Centre bouncing. 

Following the launch of EH1 in 2009, the festival has boldly made its mark on the UK festival scene through the colossal line ups listed and the sheer scale of the day-long event.

This September, seven arenas will be packed full of some of dance music's hottest names, some of them proudly sitting with a No.1 under their belt. If you're searching for a way to end your summer with a bang, look no further than EH1. 

Headlining the Love Action Arena are Duke Dumont and MK. Duke Dumont shot to the top of the UK Charts on two occasions with his own productions (check out his new track above, sure to be another hit), the unmitigated popularity of his pop-meets-dance style has certainly not gone unnoticed. 

No stranger to the upper-end of the chart himself, Marc Kinchen A.K.A MK has been a part of the house music circuit since the early 90s. His underground house classic Burning and his No.1 remix of Look Right Through prove that he's a dab hand at creating accessible, top-quality music. 

Music on The EH1 Sound System Arena will be courtesy of Laidback Luke and Eddie Halliwell, amongst others. Laidback Luke's explosive sets are driven by raw, energetic dance music that sends crowds into frenzy (check out his year mix above). Eddie Halliwell's performances aren't short of powerful beats either, with his unique approach to house and trance landing him residencies at Gatecrasher and Cream Ibiza. 

Topping the bill for the Vandit Arena are Paul Van Dyk and John O'Callaghan. Grammy nominated Paul Van Dyk has been crowned DJ Magazine's No.1, not once, but twice. An achievement only a few artists can boast. John O'Callaghan has bagged himself his fair share of awards as well, his unique mixing style has helped him conquer Ibiza and he continues to climb up the DJ ranks.
