Premier Apartments London is surrounded by a fantastic range of bars, restaurants and shops. A 3 minute walk will bring you to the DLR train station where you can travel to Canary Wharf in 5 minutes, Bank in 6 minutes, and Oxford Circus in 18 minutes, or if you are travelling tofrom the bustling London City Airport we are ideally located. The heart of London and its many famous attractions and shops are within easy reach, we believe a few minutes extra travel to have your very own marina based apartment is well worth it. You will get the most out of every minute of your city break; we are confident you will want to spend time in your spacious pad - quite the opposite to the typical cramped hotel room that you only want to escape! The fabulous O2 Arena and ExCel are only a very short distance so we are an ideal choice if you are attending events and we would be happy to assist with early arrivals whenever possible, or at least offer you an option to leave luggage free of charge - the friendly team are waiting to welcome and assist youFor check in details it is essential that you monitor your emails for your individual instructions and contact us by return if you have queries regarding this. If you are booking within 48 hours of arrival it is essential that you are able to check your emails for our direct confirmation and check in details, if this is not possible you must provide a mobile telephone number we can reach you on to ensure you have full check-in instructions. IMPORTANT PAYMENTID INFORMATION: Please note upon booking we must be able to successfully process all required paymentsdeposits, it is essential that you provide a credit card number with sufficient funds, valid expiry date, CVC code and matching address - if we cannot get a name and address match then payment cannot be accepted and reservation will be cancelled. We will attempt to contact you by phone or email but if we cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe we cannot honour the booking. Photo ID (passportdriving license) is required at check-in as well as the card used for booking which must be registered to same person as requested ID. Should the card holder not be present then they must provide us with details in advance of the stay, if this is not adhered to then check in cannot be permitted for security reasons. No social gatherings are allowed and should the maximum pre-booked apartment occupancy be exceeded then charges will be incurred. The apartments reserve the right to pre-authorise credit card prior to arrival for ?300.00. For arrival outside of office hours you must be able to provide all ID documents and card details via email prior to us arranging your check-in I
