Basing House venue information

The Basing House is a welcome edition to East London’s thriving bar and club scene. Situated on Kingsland Road, in the very heart of Shoreditch, this 300 capacity late-licensed venue is the ideal setting for parties of a more clandestine nature. Each weekend features an array of curated events where you can look forward to hearing music supplied in it’s finest form by a number of renowned DJ’s, brands and record labels. With its exposed brickwork, intimate environment, devastating Funktion 1 sound system and a dedication to underground music, the Basing House has all the right ingredients for a big night out. In addition we also have a lovely little roof garden for those of you who wish to take a little break from the main room and grab some fresh air.

Music

At the Basing House, music is undeniably our greatest passion. The ethos we represent is open-minded, with an approach towards contemporary electronic music that takes in disco, deep, tech, dubstep, drum and bass and much more besides.

We have a flexible approach to bookings and look at every proposal on an individual basis. If you would like to host an event at the Basing House, and work alongside us, then please do get in touch.

The Basing House is also the perfect venue for any kind of event or celebration, including birthdays, wedding receptions, film or photo shoots, fashion shows, product launches, art shows and any derivative.
