Room was very clean, and Recp staff very helpful. the only gripe i would have is that the size of the room (for a double) was very small, Bathroom extremally small (you definately could not swing a cat!!). | |||||||||||||||

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, perfect for a weekend. Didnt have breakfast but would definately recommend the chinese restuarant within the hotel, the food was fantastic and not overpriced compared to other places we ate in London. All in all a very nice hotel and would definately return even if we werent attending the O2 and would recommend. | |||||||||||||||

| Vaiva | Review of Custom House Hotel - Excel London Overall rating:  The hotel is perfect if you are gonna attend some event in O2 arena. It is also quite easy to reach the city centre. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. Don't know if standard rooms there are tiny as we were given the room for disabled. So it was really spacious, the bed was huge. :) I would definitely recommend this hotel. | |||||||||||||||

| miss | Review of Custom House Hotel - Excel London Overall rating: I found the location of the hotel very convenient for the tube and to get to the O2 arena was so easy. The hotel staff was so help full, and the hotel also provides a laggage room so no need to carry all your bags around when sight seeing. I found the hotel was great value for money. I would come back to this hotel time and time again when visting London. | |||||||||||||||

I would recommend if you are young and want very basic accommadation at a reasonable price. Beds very uncomfortable and room tiny and cold. Only alcohol available after 10pm no coffee or tea or snacks except in room.
