 natalie | Review of City Inn Express Overall rating:  We had damp coming through the ceiling and down the walls. The site I booked this on stated sky tv, restaurant and bar- but had neither, in fact the tv was only just bearable to watch due to the signal. The bathroom was not clean and the toilet brush disgusting. We regularly come to London for the theatre and live music shows and stayed here for the location-as the site stated close to the 02. This was 20 mins by taxi and cost £20 each way. The best point was the staff. The man at reception was kind, helpful and eager to help. We only stayed one night- but feel the description we read for the hotel is misleading, and if we were staying the weekend as we normally do, we would have been very disappointed. | |||||||||||||||

The noise coming from outside at night was unbelievable. It sounded just awlful and quite scarry. Sorry, but because of the area, I would not recommend this hotel. The staff were helpful but that is the only favourable thing about this place.
