Returning once again for 2024, Bristol Sounds has an absolutely STACKED lineup of talent ready and primed to set the stage alight across its two-week run in June.

Since starting in 2014, Bristol Sounds has become a momentous occasion on the annual live music calendar in the city, and over the years has brought iconic acts like Paolo Nutini, Manic Street Preachers, Bonobo, Elbow, The War on Drugs, Noel Gallagher, Jungle and more to the Canon Marsh Amphitheatre at Bristol Harbourside.

Returning once again for 2024, Bristol Sounds has an absolutely STACKED lineup of talent ready and primed to set the stage alight across its two-week run in June. 

With Skindred, Busted, Gentleman's Dub Club, Placebo (sold out unfortunately), Annie Mac, James Arthur, and The Breeders headlining their respective nights, alongside a whole host of support for each; Bristol Sounds 2024 has something for everyone.

Bristol Sounds: Skindred

When: Saturday 22nd June 2024

Where: Canons Marsh Amphitheatre, Bristol Harbourside in Bristol

Hailing from just across the water in Newport, Ragga-metal heavyweights Skindred will feel right at home in the city of Bristol and the city's sound, and following their latest album release ‘Smile’ there are few better times for them to be making their debut in the Amphitheatre. 

Plus with Glastonbury rockers Reef, and rising stars, Kris Barras Band, this will be a day of heavy grit, pits, and oh so much fun. Grab tickets below!

Bristol Sounds: Gentleman's Dub Club

When: Sunday 23rd June 2024

Where: Canons Marsh Amphitheatre, Bristol Harbourside in Bristol

Whenever Gentleman's Dub Club are involved, one thing is known for certain, it's going to be an absolute belter of a live show. Channeling the rhythms and moves of Reggae, Ska, Bass Music, and everything in between, dub’s best-dressed gentlemen are really going to turn up the volume.

Bristol Sounds: James Arthur

Where: Canons Marsh Amphitheatre, Bristol Harbourside in Bristol

With his last performance in the city happening over six years ago, X Factor success James Arthur will be ready and primed to show the Birstyolian faithful what he's been up to - and with a sold-out arena tour and a new album, Bitter Sweet Love, out he's got a lot to be showing off.

Bristol Sounds: BUSTED

When: Thursday 27th June 2024

Whether they’re travelling to the year 3000, crashing weddings, or telling you why they go to school; Busted are true pop-punk icons and this performance at Bristol Sounds is going to be a nostalgia-fueled scream-along for all those in attendance.

An icon of BBC radio that is known the world over, Annie Mac is a paragon of good vibes when behind the decks, and this full-day party that she is headlining for the festival, featuring special guests Wookie, Scarlett O'Malley, and Melle Brown, is going to be a summer-session oh the highest order.

Bristol Sounds x Ritual Union: The Breeders

When: Sunday 30th June 2024

Where: Canons Marsh Amphitheatre, Bristol Harbourside in Bristol

In collaboration with Ritual Union, one of the coolest festivals in Bristol that champions new and local music, Bristol Sounds are bringing a stacked lineup of some of the very best in modern alt-rock to Canons Marsh Amphitheatre.

American rockers The Breeders are heading up proceedings, with them being joined by fellow countryman and multi-instrumentalist Ty Seagal, Bristol-based experimental rock legends Squid, special guests CCS, and a string of awesome up-and-coming outfits like  Grandma's House, Mary In The Junkyard, Welly, Sam Akpro, Sunglasz Vendor, The Stanford Family Band, and Pem; this is an absolute stomper of a lineup, especially for those who love discovering new music at festivals.
