We had twin rooms and a family room. The twin rooms were not disappointing, with unpleasant shower rooms, tatty decor, grubby carpet etc. Beds were clean but narrow. Family room was much better, quite spacious, with access to a "patio" and barbecue area. My son and his friends, all aged 18, enjoyed their stay much more than the adults did in twin rooms.
