Horrible to say the least, it took 2 hours to get into the club. The que was moving horrendously slow, with bouncers and manager alike not saying that the problem was unknown. I was the que from 10:30 untill about 12:30, which meant I missed the countdown for New Years. Once we got in there was no seating after standing for two hours .It was a horrible experience considering how much I paid for the tickets for me and my girlfriend.

Horrid. Waited for almost 3 hours to get in and hence spent the countdown in a queue that moved 1 metre every 10 minutes. The people in the crowd had skin turning blue even with jackets and layers on. Inconsiderate and badly planned. Once in the club it was evident they oversold the tickets and partygoers were absolutely wasted - where was security to address those individuals ? Good music, amazing bass. Shame about the queue and poor management,

Arrived 10:30am having pre booked tickets and advised to arrive before 11pm. The queue was a none mover so we liaised with the lady with a clip board who confirmed our names were on the list but we had to remain in the same queue as non ticket holders anf "hopefully" get in before midnight! We left at 11:45pm to see the new year in, in a venue tag was worthy of it! Awaiting a FULL refund as the lady said if our names were not rices off it was proof enough we couldn't get in the venue! Poorly managed and Deffo won't be returning, along with the 13 others who had travelled, like myself for this specific night club!

Went for Nye and had to queue for up to 2 hours even though we had tickets. The club obviously sold too many tickets and was waiting for people to come out so they could let more people in. The bouncers were rude and not helpful. We travelled for 4 hours to have a good night out and spent most of the night queuing. Would not recommend for NYE

We brought vip tickets so we didnt have to queue up in the freezing cold. Few misunderstandings with the wrist bands, but all got sorted and had such a funny random night loved the old school music too :)

It was very disappointing for the price I paid.. couldn't even move it was so cramped. That would be the last time I visit this place.

Qued for a stupidly long time line wasn't moving then wasn't let in becasuse I was wearing a polo and not a shirt if you needed a shirt then that should of been stated in the dress code.

Stood waiting for 2 hours in the que even though we had tickets. Slow service letting people in and rude bouncers/managers. There were about 150 people still in the que at 12.00 so we're stood outside for the celebration at midnight. Shocking. Good venue once we got in but not a good start to the night! Will be expecting a refund!

Bought 4 tickets to arrive before 11pm, got to the venue at 22:15 and was told we wasn't going to be allowed to go in until after 12pm, promoters and staff were very rude

My friends and I turned up well in advance to get in before midnight, ,after waiting two hours in a queue even though we had already purchased advance tickets, we ended up having to rush elsewhere to celebrate New Years. Totally oversold, poorly managed and not acceptable when people have travelled far

Absolutely ****. Stood in the queue behind people without a ticket for over an hour, big groups of girls were being let in before any people who had been queuing in the cold in. Asked the bouncers for information and they didn't have any idea, we ended up leaving the queue 15 mins before midnight. Waste of time and money. Definitely won't be retuning.
