We were in Manchester for the Eurosoul weekender and it was held in The Palace Grand ballroom an excellent venue. The only real gripes I have about the whole experience were 1)the plastic cups for your drinks (the type you get at the dentists for mouthwash!!)I had an aversion to drinking the very expensive drinks out of them, I like the appropriate GLASS for the right drink. 2) The price of the drinks, but expected this in a way but whow!!!and in a plastic cup lol | |||||||||||||||

The hotel itself is clean, the staff friendly. I am not the greatest of sleepers however and found the bed in my room to be quite uncomfortable. I had hoped to be able to go to sleep pretty quickly after attending a concert, but alas that was not the case.
The bathroom lighting isnt ideal, particularly late in the evening or at night, but the rooms themselves are spacious and the TV has many channels.
