You get what you pay for and this was the cheapest hotel available by far.
The staff attitude and service, however, were exceptionally good for the money (apart from the guy on the night shift on reception whose ill manners were mildly irritating but not really a problem). Genuinely friendly people, very eager to help and rectify any problems quickly. As a lasting impression, their warm attitude and efficient service more than made up for any other disappointments.
