It's difficult to check boxes as each answer is really dependent on individual requirements & expectations. I would not recommend this hotel to most but for those on a low budget with flexible expectations, particularly on cleanliness and decor, this could be your best option. You get what you pay for and this was the cheapest hotel available by far.
