Our apartments are equipped as standard with TV, DVD, CD player, WIRELESS INTERNET (subject to avail in some apartments.), all cutlery and crockery, glasses, fresh linen, iron and ironing board, mop, bucket and cleaning items. If you need parking then we offer FREE PARKING FOR SUNDAY-THURSDAY BOOKINGS. Parking for Fri-Sat bookings will be charged £10.(on-site parking not available Princess Street) Apartments with no parking will have on-street parking outside the building or an NCP car park within walking distance. When making a reservation MOBILE TELEPHONE NUMBER IS A MUST so our staff can contact you prior to arrival for check in procedures. Guests will be required to phone 20 mins prior to their arrival at the apartment location. NB: There is NOT a reception for these apartments. One of our managers will contact you prior to arrival to explain how you will meet to hand over keys and show guests around the apartment. Weekend and Leisure bookings will be subject to a security deposit which shall be advised of at the time of the booking. We accept cash, cheque and most major credit/debit cards.Guests PAYING by credit/debit card will be subject to a £2.35(inc vat) service charge.CHIP AND PIN MACHINE.
