PLEASE NOTE - Everyone staying in a caravan/motorhome will need a weekend camping ticket each to enter the festival arena. You only need 1 pitch per caravan or motorhome.

CARER / PA TICKETS

We provide complimentary standard Weekend or Day tickets for Personal Assistants/Carers. If you wish to book a VIP ticket and require a PA/Carer ticket, you will only need to cover the cost of the VIP upgrade - the standard ticket portion remains complimentary.

Please do not book a ticket for your PA/Carer yourself, as these are manually issued by us once proof of eligibility has been received and approved. We do not offer refunds for PA/Carer tickets purchased in error.

Once eligibility is confirmed, we will issue the standard PA/Carer ticket and provide details on how to pay for the VIP upgrade if required.

Please note: Carer tickets are not issued to parents or guardians of children aged 17 and under, as all under-18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult holding a full-paying adult ticket.
