Solfest announces lineup for its 20th anniversary event

Solfest celebrates 20 years of multi-genre festivals this year with De La Soul, The Wailers, Peter Hook & The Light set to play.

Multi-genre festival Solfest returns to North Lakes Country Park in Silloth, Cumbria on Thursday 22nd - Sunday 25th August 2024 with another fantastic lineup for its 20th anniversary. 

10,000 music lovers will come to the scenic Solway Coast to enjoy a stacked lineup spanning rock, drum and bass, folk, reggae, and world music across Solfest’s ten stages. So who’s playing? 

Solfest has announced that De La Soul (plus a live band), The Wailers, Peter Hook & The Light, The Bluetones, Alabama 3, N-Trance, Utah Saints, Republica, Dutty Moonshine Big Band, The Amy Winehouse Band, and more will be providing the soundtrack at this year's bash, with more artists - including the Friday headliner - to be announced soon. The independent family-friendly festival (which features a creative kids’ area) overlooks the sea, and is nestled between the mountains of The Lake District and Southern Scotland.

Decorated with art and décor instead of advertisements and run by a team of volunteers, Solfest showcases its anti-corporate roots in a way that benefits the festivalgoer, creating an immersive world for them to explore and enjoy.
