Britains largest metropolitan music festival, Parklife will bring fans of dance, hip hop, grime and more together once again on the wide-open fields on Manchester's Heaton Park this June.

Returning to its usual summertime calendar slot, the two-day event - running from Saturday 11th to Sunday 12th June 2022 - will boast a stellar lineup of global megastars, with a handful of names set to make UK debuts on the festivals prodigious main stage.

Odd Future affiliate, rapper, singer-songwriter and creative director, Tyler, The Creator will make his first-ever UK headline appearance alongside fellow American rap icon, 50 Cent, who heads to Manchester for his only UK date in 2022. The lineup continues with game-changing rap-powerhouse, Megan Thee Stallion and chart-topping Scotsman, Lewis Capaldi also warming the crowds in front of the festival's main stage, whilst Irish dance duo, Bicep bring their much-lauded live show to The Valley for the very first time.

Other massive and unmissable acts set to appear over the weekend include Chase & Status, preparing for their largest summer festival show yet, Loyle Carner, Jamie xx, Mercury Prize award winner, Arlo Parks, French disco don, Folamour (Live), Headie One, Central Cee, Tom Misch and Tik Tok star, PinkPantheress.

DJ sets across the weekend come from the likes of Four Tet, Eric Prydz, Peggy Gou, Carl Cox, Marco Carola, CamelPhat, The Blessed Madonna, Andy C, DJ EZ, Sonny Fodera, Annie Mac, Jayda G, Mall Grab, Ricardo Villalobos and so many more. A very special class of '22, we think you'll agree.

Making another first at Parklife this year are an array of brand new stage partners, including the likes of Defected, underground giants Fuse, techno heavyweights XXL and tastemakers Eat Your Own Ears and Repercussion. BBC Radio 1Xtra will also be back bringing listeners all the action from this year’s festival whilst BBC Radio 1 will be on hand with special sets being broadcast especially across the station’s Dance shows.

And that's not it! The Parklife team are keeping their cards close to their chest for now but are said to be readying details of some spectacular new stages for this year's returning summer event. Keep those eyes peeled!

Now less than five months away and with a huge array of talent already in place, Parklife 2022 looks set to be the festival to beat in 2022.
