Lockdown Festival 2017 hits Exeter with bass heavy line up

A massive billing of grime, drum 'n' bass and garage acts hit Powderham Castle between Friday 1st and Sunday 3rd September.

Lockdown Festival returns to Powderham Castle in Exeter this year for a weekend of big beats and basslines. 

A heap of massive name acts specialising in grime, drum and bass, garage and more will hit the picturesque location between 1st - 3rd September for pulsating performances across multiple stages. Check out the aftermovie of last year's event below. 

Topping the bill on the opening night is the Godfather of grime, Wiley, who onstage is a force of nature with a barrage of bars at his disposal and an artistic legacy that is second to none. Performing the same day are the likes of d'n'b don Wilkinson, hotly tipped MC AJ Tracey and bass heavy supergroup SASASAS.

Bringing the noise on the second night of the festival is none other than superstar DJ Norman Cook aka Fatboy Slim, who is joined on the bill by UK rap king Giggs, special guests Example + DJ Wire, Big Narstie and more.

Also featuring on the immense Lockdown Festival 2017 line up is one of the UK's most successful rappers, Dizzee Rascal, along with Chase & Status who will deliver a no holds barred DJ set. There are also slots for Kurupt FM, Nadia RoseBasement Jaxx (DJ), Sigma (DJ), Lady LeshurrGorgon City (DJ), and more.
