Recommended as one of the top clubs in London by one of my best friends and with the description of the event in mind, I definitely had extremely high expectations. Arriving at the location, well, I have to admit everything was as announced. There were glamorous and beautiful people and the expected optional "black and white" theme. And then... oh, let's check!

- Black & White Theme - Check!
- Paparazzi Walkway - A what?
- Red Carpet - Where?
- Midnight Confetti Drop - Haha, good one!
- Champagne Reception - I had a whisky-cola for free at the end of the night because the barkeeper liked me, I assume. (Thx, mate!)
- Live Link to Big Ben - Mh, nope.
- Plus Many More - Like the queue jump? I paid my £40 VIP tickets for, well let's see... there wasn't even a queue to jump. Instead some three doormen who didn't have a clou at all of the list provided by skiddle (with my name on it). I easily could have pretended never to have been there and aked for my money back!

Besides all of that the DJs did a remarkable job and the music was awesome. But the only thing keeping me at the Hide were the guests. A great and awesome group of people to party with and have fun. On Jan, 1 one of the things to do was checking if I really hit the right club. Sadly for the Hide, I did. And surely for the first and the last time. And my friend? He owes me; big time!
