Absolutely disgusting this event was so badly organised, Queing to get in for over an hour . The to finally get in and be Told there was no waiter service which we had paid for !!!! £180 plus £20 booking fee!!!! Then you were hit with a 2 hour que for the bar my dad is 70 years old old hence paying for table service it’s ridiculous he had to que for this about of time! The toilets were smeared in s**t as there were no paper dirty tampons all over the floor someone has actually taken a crap on the bathroom floor and covered it with paper towels!!! We DEMAND A FULL REFUND AND AN APOLOGY!!! We will be taking this further!!! Mrs Goddard

This was an awful event. Very poorly organised and had to leave early due to running out of drinks and queues for everything was an hour wait! Spent money on taxis getting there which was a lot of money coming from far. Took almost 2 hours to get in waiting in freezing cold. Music was deafening. Tables only had table service for an hour then stopped doing it. Ran out of stein glasses at a beer festival! Everything was awful, would not recommend

Absolutely awful. So much hype and build up only to be let down. It took hours to get a drink and then you had to buy the plain plastic mug, Oktoberfest 2022 Anglesey could have atleast been printed on it as a momento. No one checked my ticket on entry so i could have just walk in with no ticket. I stayed for 30minutes, biggest waste of time and money. I want a refund!!!

It was a complete disorganised mess! Queue to get in was over an hour...once we got in we then immediately had to queue for 1 1/2 hours just for 1 drink!! There was no table service as promised and half of the guests including us left by 8pm as we couldn't face getting back in the queue straight away for a second round of drinks! By this point the bar queue was from one side of the immense hall to the other!!! Horrendous night!

Not enough staff. No table service. More disco than oompah band. Expensive. Cold and unorganized. The queue to get in was 2 hrs and the same wait for a drink. Not much chance of getting merry especially when they had no radler!

Event was poorly run, over an hour and a half queue to enter the venue, with an additional hour to queue for a drink once in. with nowhere near enough staff, and only one bar that was too small for that many people which caused a bottleneck with excessive queues inside the main seating area.

awful experience. paid extra for table service but there were only FOUR girls serving in a room of 1000. they soon disappeared (rightly so due to all the backlash they had to deal with) drove an hour to get there and left by 7pm. music was awful, cheesy pop that was repeated after band played. a room full of cross people! most had left by 9pm i hear. awful
awful! i am expecting a FULL REFUND!!!

Worst organised event I've ever been to! Made to split up from my partner on entry, spent half the night queueing for a drink, had our classes taken away at the end so we were unable to get the £5 per glass refund back.

Would never attend this event again.

No organisation, very disappointed after paying for waitress service there wasn't any, queues going in and for the bar was ridiculous. We paid for one drink each when waitress finally came to the table, paying deposit for the glasses, we then had to wait for another hour before we then noticed there was no waitresses, the queue for the bar was nearly through the whole of the shed we decided it was a s**t show and left. We couldnt get money back for the glasses. Had to pay for taxi again, paid to get there this whole event has cost me a lot of money as I was the one that had paid for the table, also then the cost of transport and glesses. I expect a refund for all we have paid out and I think trading standards will be very interested as it definitely was not what we were promised.

Ticket prices to the fest was really good but prices for the food and drinks were outrageous. A lot of people left before 7 due to being angry at how long the queue to the bar was, one bar outside to the amount of people that was at the sold out event was ridiculous and the queue was all the way though the hall. I was in the line for 1hr 15 just to get a drink. Next time there’s an event like this is would really make a difference to have multiple bars like little pop us ones inside as well as the larger one outside. Music wasn’t what a lot of people expected and very repetitive, I head sweet Caroline about 4 times. We were just expecting something more like the German festival rather than very British music and more competitions and games would have been really good

Terrible event poorly organised, decoration was poor, tables badly organised, band too loud, queued for 2 hours to get a drink but gave up and left, table service was non existent. Completely shambolic event and will not be going to another. Refunds should be due.

What a shambles. Arrived at 4pm on one of the organised buses and waited outside for an hour to get into the event. Were given our table number and having found it sat down and waited for the waitress service we were told came with the table. After an hour of trying to get a waitress to take our order we were told table service was suspended so we then joined a queue for the bar and eventually got a drink at 7pm. Other than the band and a five minute sausage eating contest there were non of the German games or treats that had been promoted in the original promotion of the event. The genuine German food consisted of a fish & chip van, waffle van, pizza van (so far non of these are German) and hallelujah .. a wurst van. The event ended at 10:30pm .. the return bus left the event at 10:35pm and was half empty because lots of people hadn’t realised the time as there was no announcement at the venue to tell people to leave early or risk missing their bus .. just a massive disappointment and I literally feel like I’ve been the victim of a scam.

Absolute joke from start to finish. 90 minutes to get in nit suprising when there were only 2 check in posts, 90 minutes to get a drink after so called table service was cancelled. Pitchers not available and Steins had run out. 8 people serving for the 1000's that were there. Decorations pathetic, everyone complaining. Our whole party feel ripped off

Ridiculous waiting time to get into the event. Waited over an hour for drinks and had to que another hour for food. Extremely understaffed hence the shocking service wouldn’t return.

Absolute joke - arrived at 4pm,queued for an hour to get in then guided to the wrong table. Once on the right table waited 2hrs and still no drink 🤬🤬🤬 paid for a table WITH table service which was not provided!!! On our way home without even having 1 drink!!!! Will be seeking a full refund and will not be recommending to anybody in future! Complete and utter shambles and waste of time 😡😡😡
