Had to queue for hour to get in to the venue after getting in was told where my table i paid £140 for was and someone else was already sat there and they refused to move no help to be had by staff and the table was supposed to have table service!! there was not enough staff so had to queue for 2 hours for a drink i ended up not having a drink and going home early!! Absalout shambles no organisation worst night out ever I will be asking for a full refund!

Absolutely appalling event, 1 hour queue in the cold to get in then another hour and a half queue for a drink. Vastly unprepared and understaffed for the amount of people there. I will be getting my money back one way or another and will highly and very widely recommend everyone I know to never go to a UK Oktoberfest again, especially the Anglesey one which is truly a massive shame as it has huge potential

It was not an Octoberfest ! (queue-fest )
❌German brass band shared between two tents . Run of the mill DJ music inbetween appearance of the brass band.
❌Ran out of stein glass’s
❌Queued for hours for a single pint
❌Poor selection / non existent German food to select from
❌Poor decoration , just a few banners hung about the place
❌Shamoblic organisation at the venue
Expect a full refund!!!

Terrible organisation let down a potentially great event. We queued an hour to get into the venue - lucky it wasn’t raining! Got in, queued for 1st drink and sat down at table - had an enjoyable time. However, queues for the bar soon became extremely long, in excess of an hour. Me and my table of 8 other friends decided to leave, got money back for steins (after long argument with bar manager!). I would return next year - but ONLY IF organisers can sort out MUCH faster service - it would need double or triple the bar size to be viable, and we would need to be reassured about this before considering going back. Have to give credit for coach service from Colwyn Bay, all went smoothly and a very good price.

S**t night, queuing for hours to get in, only to queue for another hour and a half just to get served at the bar which we didn't do. Paid alot of money to just turn up and have the worst experience ever. A refund should be given to everyone who attended and a apology should be issued.

There was no organisation there, shambolic .
Waited 2 hours to get in and then an extra hour to get a drink! Was out of there by 8:30…. NEVER again

Travelled from Wrexham. Bought lederhosen - we were really looking forward to event. IT WAS A SHAMBLES TOTAL FRAUD! I WILL BE CONTACTING TRADING STANDARDS AND REPORTING THIS COMPANY.
QUEUED FOR 1.5HRS FREEZING COLD TO GET IN. THEN QUEUED FOR ANOTHER 1.5HRS FOR BAR. AFTER 3 HOURS WE STILL HADN'T GOT A BEER. NO AUTHENTIC GERMAN FOOD, ENTERTAINMENT WAS A DISCO - NOT GERMAN MUSIC. NO TABLE SERVICE AS PROMISED. AN UTTER EMBARRASSMENT FOR NORTH WALES! HOW CAN THEY BE ALLOWED TO GET AWAY WITH THIS? THEY RIPPED EVERY CUSTOMER OFF. AS A GROUP WE WASTED £150 JUST TO STAND IN A QUE FOR 3 HOURS. I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND I WILL HUNT THESE ROBBING BAST****S DOWN. I SUGGEST EVERYONE COMPLAIN TO THEIR CREDIT CARD COMPANIES AND GET A "CHARGE BACK" - TOTAL RIP OFF.

Poorly organised with limited staff, nowhere near enough for the size of the venue and number of people attending. Queuing for well over an hour outside just to get in, luckily it wasn’t raining but would have been horrendous for many if it had been. Ironically not enough bars/drinks for a beer festival and limited food options. Had excellent potential to be very good but ultimately disappointed.

Very poor, no waitress service as paid for , one toilet for a 1000 people and queues for over an hour at a beer festival. Bus over an hour late to go home and having to treat people for hypothermia

Absolute shambles. Queued for an hour to get in, even worse to get a drink. We had brought a table which was supposed to be supplied with table service. Only saw two hostesses the whole time we were there. Only managed to get 1 drink. Too many tickets and not enough bars. £181 for a table of 6. £5 deposit on the steins, transportation costs as well. Worst thing I have ever been to. Will be expecting a refund for the s**t show we paid to attend

Had to queue for 1 hour to get in, then a further 1.5 hours to get a stein (which by that point had run out) only 3 measly foodstalls catering for everyone. Paid for a table because of the advantage of table service, which didnt happen and was cancelled apparently!
Absolute disgrace of an event. Left after about half an hour after queuing for 2.5 hours in total.
