Amazing Night
Obviously Amnesia itself doesn't need bigging up at all so I'll focus on the night itself. We got there just in time to catch Redlight who did a decent enough set with an MC who seemed to be able to get a crowd going who as far I could work out weren't intending for this to be the highlight of their night. Following this the legendary and ever eclectic Annie Mac comes on opening with a sweet bit of Moombahton to get everyone feeling the love. Great track after great track and one of the highlights of my week over on the white isle. Who really blew me away that night though were Jack Beats - just incredible, a microcosm of the whole night, dropping amazing tracks, spanning genres, tempo and feel. A quick walk in the main room confirms it. The other thing about this night compared to one like Cream is how much space you have, not being the biggest night you have plenty of space to do what you need to do. A top night, something for fans of most dance and bass music and a great place to have it. 8 euros for a water though?!

Missed PvD
Van Dyke was ill, so a suitable alternative had to be found in the shape of Adam Sheridan he doe his best under the circumstances
Eddie Halliwell, was my personal definition of awful- killing the mood with his scratching and scheduled pauses for the crowd to chant: Eddie. Eddie, Eddie overall an eagerly anticipated night ended up being ok. PvD was sorely missed!!

Unbelievable!!!!!!!!
Sven Vath rocks my world!!! This is what its all about. I had an amazing night and amnesia is an amazing club. I dont know what else to say just AMAZING! I was worried at first that I had lost out to other weeks with the lineup but I needed no more.

Tunes and Tribulations
Went particularly to see PVD and not disappointed - he's amazing! However, far too crowded and ended up having to get First Aid due to blood pouring from a cut in my foot. Whilst I was outside, two other girls came out with similar injuries - why do they not use plastic cups (especially when everyone's in flip flops)??? Far more drunken, aggressive teenagers than the cool, comitted clubbers I was expecting, but I may just be getting too old for this sort of thing!

Ferry Corsten @ Amnesia 24.09.10
This was my first time at Amnesia and it didnt disapoint! The prices are stupid expensive as you expect from this club but we didnt drink that much to keep the costs down. Ferry corsten and Solarstone are my favorite djs so the music was awesome! We paid the extra money to get VIP balcony access and it was well worth the money. Separate bars and money as well as being on eye level with the djs made my first time even more special.
Beware that when the preparty bars say free bus they mean to the club and not back!! Cant wait to go back again.

cream amnesia 03/09/09
PVD rocked our socks off. Amnesia's a rip of though, spent nearly £200 on that night alone, thats including ticket. But well worth it. Music was top notch, especially when pvd dropped lilly allen the fear, i'll never forget that moment. :)
