Once again loyal fans are being ripped off by ticket touts, and Franceschi isn't happy about it one bit.

Once again the unsavoury practice of secondary ticket selling, using websites like Viagogo and Getmein to sell on tickets sold out shows at exorbitantly inflated prices has found itself at the heart of a Twitter rant, this time from You Me At Six's Josh Franceschi.

The alt-rock quartet's front man was incensed, and rightly so with genuine fans paying well over the odds to unscrupulous touts who have no interest other than ripping off loyal fans, and has set out to try and eliminate this practice for the UK and Europe tour. Here are some of the tweets and replies:

Ticket touts and the unregulated secondary ticketing market have cast a dark cloud over the music industry for far too long, which is why a number of months ago we launched Re:Sell, a ticket exchange platform for customers that nullifies the opportunity to extort real music lovers.

"The basics are: if an event is sold out and you can no longer go, get in touch with us and we will try and sell the ticket on for you. If we do you'll get the face value of your purchase back, at no extra cost."
