Leicester rockers Kasabian will perform a headline slot at Leeds Festival and Reading Festival this summer. The four-piece are busy working on a new album to follow up their 2014 release 48:13 and new tune 'Comeback Kid' features on FIFA 17, promising anthems aplenty from the forthcoming studio effort.
Last year the group played massive gigs at Leicester City FC's King Power Stadium in celebration of the team winning the Premier League and, with an ever growing back catalogue, they will hit Leeds and Reading with a set list bursting with fierce riffs and epic singalongs.
They join operatic rock trio Muse at the August bank holiday weekender, who were announced as headliners back in December. Matt Bellamy and co conquered the Pyramid Stage at Glastonbury last year, with their album Drones at the heart of a triumphant performance. Also unveiled in the second wave announcement is grime Godfather Wiley, along with indie shufflers Two Door Cinema Club and raving icon Fatboy Slim. The latest addition comes in the form of California nu metal legends Korn.
The likes of indie chart toppers Bastille, dancehall ravers Major Lazer, post hardcore outfit At The Drive-In and heaps more are also on the Leeds Festival 2017 line up. Grab your tickets from the box below.
