Bassfest takes place Saturday 18th - Sunday 19th July 2026.
Where is Bassfest?
Bassfest is located at Don Valley Bowl is the grounds situated within Sheffield Olympic Legacy Park. The postcode is S9 5DP
Does Bassfest have any age restrictions?
Yes you must be 18 or over to attend Bassfest. You may be asked to show photo ID. The festival organisers accept Passports, Driving Licenses or Pass marked.
All bars serving alcohol operate a Challenge 25 policy. If you are lucky enough to look under 25 you will be required to show valid photo ID. Acceptable ID includes a passport or UK driving licence. No ID means no alcohol.
Can I bring a bag to Bassfest?
For safety and security no bags larger than an A4 piece of paper are permitted at Bassfest.
It is strongly advised you not to bring a bag where possible. All bags allowed into the event will be searched and bringing a bag will slow down entry.
Anyone arriving with a bag larger than A4 will have their bag confiscated.
This policy is in place to help keep everyone safe and ensure smooth access for all attendees.
What items are prohibited at Bassfest?
The following are not allowed at Bassfest:
Leave behind drones, fireworks, lasers, flags, generators, tools, weapons, illegal stuff, loud instruments, suitcases, umbrellas, and anything you can’t afford to lose. If it’s confiscated at the gate, it won’t come back. This isn’t the full list, but you get the idea! Pack light, kick up your boots, and enjoy the show.
Can I leave and re-enter the Bassfest site?
Once you leave the Bassfest site, you cannot re-enter. Plan ahead and keep your wristbands safe.
What is the policy on drugs at Bassfest?
All Bassfest guests are subject to searches on entry. Any illegal drugs found will be confiscated and the person carrying them will be handed over to the police. Zero tolerance. Stay safe and enjoy the music.
