Spent more time queuing than dancing

It's not much fun spending all night queueing, especially when the tickets are so ridiculously expensive! We queued outside the City Hall for 1hour and 20mins, then queued again to get in DLS for about 20 mins - what a joke! Very poor organisation.
The City Hall was a strange choice of venue and the staff were obviously not equipped to cope with a night like this. I saw 7 security guys eject someone for supposedly swearing at someone on the bar. (I was stood next to him at the bar chatting and he wasn't even drinking alcohol, let alone swearing at the staff)
Once we got into DLS we breathed a sigh of relief - best venue in Sheff by far, great atmosphere and the tunes were really good.
Please don't use the City Hall again as a venue guys, it was terrible!

Spent all night queuing!

Despite arriving at the first venue before midnight me and my friends only gained entry at 1:15am. The queue was not particularly long however was extremely slow moving. Once I got inside the City Hall I was more than impressed, the music was great and the crowd was friendly. After City Hall closed I tried to make my way to DLS. After walking round for around 20-30 minutes I eventually found the venue. This was due to the fact that DLS was not well signposted and very few taxi drivers appeared to know where the venue was. Considering the circumstances of having to switch venues half way through the night Collect appeared to do nothing to help people locate it. Upon arrival I then had to wait in a queue of 7 people who were not allowed entry as DLS was over capacity. I waited for around 40 minutes before entering. Similar to City Hall I had no problem with the venue and found drinks to be a fair price and a friendly crowd with great music. Overall my night was setback by the disorganisation of Collect and I left frustrated and bewildered as to how a paying customer could be treated in this manner. Unfortunately I will not be paying to go another of their nights in the future.
