Review of Single & Mingle 30s & 40s (not Speed Dating)

Not a bad experience overall. Everyone was pleasant and friendly. I kind of felt that the numbers were a bit poor. I was kind of expecting better numbers but it as ok. Initially you had plenty of time to speak to individuals but then as the night went on this interval got smaller and smaller and generally made it difficult to get much information out of anyone. This was my first attempt at this kind of thing but I would recommend it as I thought it was a good laugh. I kind of had the impression we were going to be paired up and moved around as pairs but it was kind of intimidating being put on a table with two females at once at times. Would I do this again? Yeah I would think so. My expectations were not too high to begin with and I was just trying this out to see what it would be like. The host Monti was very good overall and conducted the proceedings well. I think the event should perhaps have been a little bit longer say 2.5 to 3 hours? I dont think the 2 hours was enough time to get to know anyone properly. Perhaps a group discussion at the end for 30 mins might have been an idea?
