Review of Look-A-Like Festival: Outdoor Tribute Festival Nottinghamshire
Nice atmosphere, cheap ticket early on. Food and drink an absolute rip off. Everyone was complaining about it. It was criminal. I could have bought 7 pizzas in a supermarket for one here of the same quality/size £13 - £15!! Very small portion of burger and chips £15!!!

Overall a very well organised event enhanced by great weather. Bonus to be able to enter the venue early to watch the World Cup final.
If no water allowed into the event there should be more than one drinking water tap available. Similarly, more healthy options for food if unable to bring on site too -a fresh juice bar for example. Security check on arrival felt a little over the top for a relatively small family event and resulted in long queues for some. VIP area very small but worthwhile for reduced bar queues and âproperâ toilets. Music wise, Bon Jovi wasnât deserving of a longer slot when Amy Winehouse only had the opportunity to perform four or five songs.
Overall we had a great time and would come along again.

Would have preferred to have paid more for entry and be able to bring a picnic . Appreciate money is made by vendors but having to stand and wait forages for limited choice and high prices is not much fun . Like family atmosphere and toilets kept clean . Staff nice . Sound at times from stage dodgy at times . Would come again

Review of Look-A-Like Festival: Outdoor Tribute Festival Nottinghamshire
Some of the acts were awful and it was painful to listen too, ( Bowie, Elton John, ABBA and Christ only knows what Bon Jovi were doing to murder the songs!!!) however the Spice girls, Amy wine house, uB40, Beatles and Queen were excellent.
Very over priced food vendors and small portions, poor quality consumables ( for the price) and the bar - £6 for a 440ml of cider/ lager or you could buy a case of 24 tins for £130:00⦠absolute bargain..not!!!!There was no water re-fill area, which was stated on the memo there would be, which meant the only option was to buy bottled water at £3:00 which is totally outrageous. A small portion of chips was £5, and this was promoted as a family friendly event.. how can a family afford them prices?!? ð¤·ââï¸ð¤
Maybe the policy needs to be reviewed about allowing individuals to bring their own food especially if they have medical conditions eg diabetes. However, I do feel individuals should be givenâs the choice of taking with own food and drinks, and not being dictated to about the doâs and donât for what is and isnât permitted. In the main arena there was no shade from the mid-day sun. The staff were friendly and welcoming. My friendâs and I had a lovely day out.. plus the sunburn!!

Review of Look-A-Like Festival: Outdoor Tribute Festival Nottinghamshire
We really enjoyed the event. Music was good, Amy Winehouse and Elton John were really good in terms of their voices.
The food and drink prices were ridiculous. £10 for a 1.25 litre of Diet C**e is scandalous. This would cost no more than £1.50 in a shop.
While I understand there needs to be a good profit on drinks to help with the cost of the event, this is by far the most expensive I have ever seen. Food prices were terrible too.
For this reason, we probably wouldnât attend again which is a real shame as we really enjoyed the event and atmosphere. I would rather pay more to attend and be able to bring in food and some drinks, even if only soft drinks. We shared a meal and a bottle of c**e all day. We just couldnât afford more

Not letting you bring in water and food.
£3 for a bottle of water or the other option to stand to stand in the huge queue and use the tap that spurts everywhere. Not good.
£5 for an icecream.
£12 for some noodles.
£2 for a cup of flat pop poured from a bottle. What a joke!
âPinkâ was drunk and could barely sing. Bon Jovi went on forever
Other than that the acts were good.
Charge more for the entrance price and keep the costs of food down or let people bring in their own food or snacks and water at least!
