Purchasing the tickets from you was excellent and straightforward. Thank you !
Sadly when we got to the park the event had been cancelled due to the weather. I realise this is out of your control. We hope to go tomorrow and hope we can use the tickets then without any problem!

we booked online for 2.30to 5.30 and had to queue for an hour to get in the venue so we lost out on an hour on rides and weren't allowed on any rides after 5.30. it was also more expensive online than on the gate at the fair.

What a shambles... Booked tickets 12-3... Arrived at 1 and not allowed in till the next slot at 2.30... Alot if standing round to get in. One member of the staff on the large swing carosal thought it was OK to shout At parents if there kids were not tall enough... Barking at people to queue on one side... Put barriers up and you won't have this issue. Kids seemed to enjoy it but please start on the site that it is strict slot times.

Don't miss your slot! Booked in at the fair between 12-3 turned up at 1.15 to be told to wait till 2.30 to be allowed in for the next slot... If you are booked in till 3 then you should be allowed In... Rude security staff and rude staff on the rides... Especially the guy on the high swings who was consistently shouting about the height of kids who were to small.

We had to Que for an hour and a half to get in - there should have been two lines one for ticket holders and one for people buying on the day. We only got an hour there after all and most of it was spent queuing for rides. Management was incredibly incompetent and completely useless. We wasn’t even offered extra time.

Pre ordered tickets usually this helps beat a queue... They had one long massive queue taking over 20 mins to get in. Was a shambles of organisation because if they let the prebought tickets in first wouldnt have bwen a long queue and i wouldnt have wasted a ridiculous amount of my time trying to get in. 1-4...by time they sorted me out was bordering on 130 as i had to join the queue after waiting ages at the top of it to ask someone what the queue situation was as both said pay here... Id already paid!!!!

The ticket wouldn't work and apparently was invalid. Not happy that my daughter had to pay on the door and really upset.

the rides they had were really good but they waited till was full even when noone was queuing to get on which meant we were sat waiting for ages wasting our time and rides eg waltzers didn't even go that long which spoiled it

Pre paid for tickets, but had to que with people paying on the door. More frustratingly i Paid an extra £3 for this privilege. Its more expensive to pre pay for tickets and still had to que 20mins to get in. Very poor service.

The staff look like their about to jump off a cliff. Only the girls on the doughnut stand smiled at all.
The poster reads £2.50 for non riders, yet at the gate, they were charging full price as the ride ticket's. Poor girl in front of me couldn't afford to get in with her friends, just horrible to watch. I paid for her, she was in bits. She could have been left alone in a dangerous situation.
