Review of The Garden Show at Firle Place
First time I had been and it won't be the last. I had a lovely day plus the sunny weather helped. Lots to see and buy for the garden, home and yourself! . A must visit next year. Only negative was the queue to enter was a bit chaotic. A separate queue for those who had bought tickets would be a good idea. Other than that I can recommend it 100%

Review of The Garden Show at Firle Place
For over 20 years we have gone to either Chelsea or Hampton Court Flower Shows which latterly have proven disappointing as it would appear that the smaller nurseries have been priced out of these shows. Finding Firle Place has been like going back in time with affordable food prices (Hampton Court £3.80 for a cup of coffee in comparision to Firle Place this year £1) and plant prices. Parking is free - Hampton Court £15 for the day (in a field)! I spent over £650 pounds at Firle Place but I got excellent value for money. My only complaint was there were no stalls selling pond plants. I have been a member of the RHS for some 50 years now.Noreen Rooney

Review of The Garden Show at Firle Place
As always, a fabulous show. The changes made for this year were excellent. A fabulous venue but for me what make the show is the exhibitors - a great mix, friendly, sellers, knowledgable and extremely helpful.
Already looking forward to next year.

Review of The Garden Show at Firle Place
Lovely setting very organised and good price. Food stalls had lots of choice and didn’t over charge like some venues do. Loved jolly rockers rocking horses and the owners carving to prove they do it all them selves.

Review of The Garden Show at Firle Place
It was advertised as a garden show. This was the reason why I went. There were hardly any plant stalls. Seemed more of a clothes show. Crafts too could've of a higher standard.
Why so few plants?

Great day , lots to see & buy. Entertainment was very good enjoyed the morris dancers.
Spent lots & well worth a day out to this show,I go every year as i like the venue & also the trade stands & so many plant stalls...Very friendly traders.Entry price reasonable.Shame not much gluten & wheat free food. As im a coeliac..... Iam also lactose free which is also a big problem to me when spending day out at shows..hence i have to take all my own food, so would be nice to find a trader who could sell you a gf & wf burger In a gf & wf roll. But otherwise great show & cant wait to the vintage on in August.

I came with a specific plant list and was able to buy several July interest plants to add to our garden for our gardening opening for the Friends of Eastbourne Hospital this year. Friendly and well-stocked plant stands. We come every year.
