Really disappointed we paid for super VIP tickets 13 loos for women in total really both vip & super vip in same area bar dry by 5pm, no organisation of the bar or queuing process. We had to go out for food, seating still coming out of boxes when we arrived at 2 oâclock expected to be VIP front of stage not penned up to the side line really disappointing how do I ask for a refund

Everything was great except the queue even for VIP getting in and then having to buy ticket tokens to purchase drinks which was so overpriced- it was £10 for 8 sheets but drinks ranged from 5-7 tokens so you'd have to spend pure money to get drinks - a minimum of £50 at leasttttt baring in mind the tickets were over £60 so it was a great vibe but an expensive one - cheaper to get an all inclusive holiday abroad at this point.
People kept pushing in because the queues for food and drink were SO ridiculously long. Also leaving the event we had to go ALL the way around as police locked off some roundabouts.
I'd do it again but definitely pre-drink and better off sneaking some in next time.

Music was good and saw some of my favourite artists. However, the pricing for food/drinks is really overpriced and a rip off. I brought a burger which was £8. Was expecting it to atleast have onions on it, it was a plain cheeseburger with dry bread and the meat tasted funny. Even a rustler burger tastes better. Could hardly taste any alcohol in my drinks. 2 tokens for water? Should be free realistically. itâs WATER. Sidewinder said theyâd be strict with searches such as checking ID etc, didnât have my ID checked once, luckily Iâm of age. People in the venue were smoking w**d, inhaling balloons, doing lines of c**e, sneaking drinks in. Whereâs the security? Basically, only good thing was the music.

The atmosphere of this event was awful, fights due to there not being an adequate amount of toilets,pushing in queues and just in general felt very on edge constantly. The VIP section was particularly bad with it taking an hour to get to the toilet and excrement being all over the portaloo. The bar was set up terribly, you had to exit through the queue that you came in and again a 30 minute wait for a drink. Drinks were extortionate which was expected but £1.25 for one token, 5 tokens per can of lager. Food was okay,4/5 stalls to choose from but again 45 minute wait and then when we got to the front were told it would be a further 45 minutes as theyâd ran out. I spent half of the day queuing and that is not an exaggeration. Music I felt was very repetitive ALOT of the same songs over and over again. I expected there to be a few people smoking marijuana but the amount was ridiculous you couldnât escape the smell. We left early as were so tired of queuing for so long for basic needs and were left in a bad mood from the things above. Will not be attending again but people seemed to be enjoying themselves so maybe this just wasnât for us! We were a group of 4 aged 22-25.
