Wickerman Festival 2009 Announce More Artists

Scotland’s favourite family festival, Wickerman, has announced more acts to join its main stage top billers.

 

The Wickerman festival, has just confirmed Casiokids (left) will perform on Saturday 25th July, along with Burn The Negative and Its A Buffalo.

They will be joining The Human League, The Zutons, Magic Numbers and Dreadzone.

Festival director Sid Ambrose says, “The Wickerman is within easy driving distance of Manchester, we tend to draw much of our audience from the North West and we like to take advantage of the vibrant music scene happening in that area.”

In addition to the musical offerings there will be mountain biking, kite making, fire-walking, yoga and a poetry marathon to entertain the masses.

The Wickerman takes place on the 24th and 25th July at East Kirkcarswell Farm, Dumfries & Galloway.
